Question: How to return a product?
Answer: After receiving the shipment, you have 14 days to report a return, exchange or refund. After 14 days, we do not accept any returns or issue refunds. Make sure the product has not been used, washed or damaged. All returned products must remain in original condition, including original packaging.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at support@cozyaya.com and provide your order number. We will try to contact you within 1-2 business days and provide detailed instructions. Please note that we do not currently cover delivery costs for returns and exchanges. Except in cases where the goods are damaged during transport, we cover the logistics costs of returns and exchanges.
Question: How do I cancel an order?
You can contact us at support@cozyaya.com during business hours before your package is shipped to cancel your order. Once the package is marked as "SHIPPED", the order cannot be canceled.
Note: Our working hours are Monday to Friday.
Question: I canceled my order. How can I get my money back?
Depending on your payment method, the refund will be automatically credited to your account. The refund should appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
